Community Management Intern (WiFi Skool)

Job Summary The Community Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the engagement plan for the students. He/She would also be responsible for maintaining social media communications and engaging with the aspirants across all the touchpoints e.g. website, social media pages, youtube, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, monthly & yearly community engagement plan for students. Further, make different engagement plans or new initiatives for the users. 
  • Curating social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Quora) engagement activities for aspirants/students
  • Ensuring timely resolution of student queries
  • Coordinating with the content team and ensuring delivery of the right content to the users in the students community
  • Coordinating with Growth/Marketing as well as SEO team to ensure growth in user acquisition.
  • Monitor and track user data on engagement.
